Two of the bushings on this movement appear to be dented. The reason is that these bushings were worn oval, so someone decided to use a punch and a hammer to close up the hole. Easy to do since you don't have to disassemble the movement, but not proper. The worn bushings should have been drilled out and replaced with commercially available inserts.
